Greetings Fairview Families,

I hope this email finds you in good health and in high spirits! I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new principal of Fairview Elementary School, and I am honored to join this incredible community of students, families and educators.

As I step into this role, I want to express my sincere commitment to fostering an environment that prioritizes the growth and success of our students. I firmly believe that education is the cornerstone of progress, and together, we have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the lives of young minds, empowering them to become compassionate, critical thinkers and lifelong learners.

Along the same lines, I firmly believe that education is a collaborative effort, and I look forward to partnering with you to provide our scholars the best possible learning experiences. As we embark on this journey together, I want to emphasize that our success lies not only in our individual purpose, but in our collectiveness as a community.

With that said, our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) plays a vital role in the success of our school. They share valuable knowledge, raise funds and provide a variety of enriching activities that benefit our students and build our school community. We are grateful for this important group. I am personally inviting you to save the date for our upcoming annual Back to School Bash; it will be a wonderful gathering of community members along with prizes, school supply giveaways, music, games and fun activities.

Event: Back to School Bash

Date: Monday, August 24th, 2026

Time: 3:30 - 5:30 pm

Location: Fairview Elementary School (On the field in the rear of the school)

Description: The Back to School Bash is a signature event at Fairview. It allows us to enjoy great vibes while connecting with staff, and bonding with others from the Fairview community. With free prizes and a live DJ, this is an event you do not want to miss!

Finally, I look forward to meeting and greeting each of you, hearing your stories, and working together to provide an exceptional education for our children. Excitement and anticipation is building for our first days of school: Grades 1-5 on August 26th and Kindergarten & PreK on September 2nd - Doors open at 8:15 AM.
